I'm Sarah Pennicott and I formed MasterFitness in 2010. I'm an Advanced Personal Trainer, Pilates Teacher, Music to Exercise Teacher and Nutrition Specialist.
I have always been interested in Sports and Fitness which has been a big part of my life since I was a young child. I participate in local Triathlons, and I was a member of the Territory Army (Royal Yeomanry- Royal Tank Regiment) and have served in Iraq with the regular army in 2003.
I have a strong desire to help people live healthier and fitter lifestyles, working with individuals on a 1:1 basis or as a group to help you get the most of your training, achieving your individual goals, whether this is to lose weight, improve your muscle tone or to have a fuller, healthier life.
